To book a package, you must send us an email or fill out a form on our website.
We will check if your dates are available and send you a quote.
You must pay a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost to confirm your booking. Bookings where travel date is less than 60 days 100% payment is due.
You must pay the remaining 50% of the tour cost 60 days before your tour starts.
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card link.
Once we receive your deposit and full payment, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your tour.

If you want to cancel your tour, you must send us an email.
Cancellation fees depend on how long before your tour starts you cancel.
We will not charge you cancellation fees unless selected properties and excursions have cancellation terms or a non refundable deposit policy in place up to 15 days before your tour starts.
If you cancel within 14 days before your tour starts, we will charge you 100% of the total tour cost.
We will endeavour to reduce or waiver cancellation fees on a case by case basis after negotiating cancellation terms with our suppliers.
If you do not show up for your tour, you will not receive a refund.

We will refund your money using the same payment method you used to book your tour.
It will take us 10 working days to process your refund.
You will not receive a refund if you cancel your tour within 20 days of your tour starts or if you do not show up.
If you only cancel part of your tour, we will refund you for the unused portion of the tour as per normal cancellation fees clause.

We may change your tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control.
We will try to let you know about any changes as soon as possible and will offer alternative arrangements whenever possible.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, or third parties.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
If there is a dispute arising from these terms and conditions, we will try to resolve it amicably.
If we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, the matter will be referred to the appropriate court in South Africa.
